What if my worker needs medical services outside of the Primary Care Plan (PCP)?

The PCP is expected to cover most of your worker's primary healthcare needs.

If your worker is seeking treatment at the medical centre and needs additional medical services not covered under the PCP, the Anchor Operator will bill these services to you.

Otherwise, the medical centre will refer your worker to other clinics or hospitals for further investigation and treatment. Do refer to your employment contract's terms and conditions to check who needs to pay for such cases.
