Who is the Appeal Board?
The Appeal Board is an independent body comprising members appointed by the Minister for Manpower for a term of 3 years which may be renewed. The current Chairman is Mr Toh Han Li, Principal District Judge (Criminal Courts Cluster) of the State Courts.

- Mr Conrad Campos, Partner at RHTLaw Asia LLP
- Mr Wan Kwong Weng, Group Chief Corporate Officer and Group General Counsel of Mapletree Investments
