Once I receive the revocation letter, e.g. workers who failed to attend or pass their CSOC within 2 months, when must the affected workers leave Singapore?
The worker has to depart Singapore no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the worker’s work permit.
After which overstaying fine would be imposed on a day-to-day basis on the employer.
