Must I pay for the training costs for employees covered under PWM? Can they use SkillsFuture credits to pay?
Yes, you are required to pay for the training costs for your employees covered under the PWM, and ensure they are trained according to the PWM requirements. There is training support for you if you pay for your employees who are eligible for Workfare Skills Support (WSS).
You should not tap on your employees’ SkillsFuture credits as they are meant for personal skills upgrading.
