What transportation options can I use to send and pick up my worker to and from the Onboard centre?

When sending or picking up your worker from the Onboard centre, you can use:

  • Your own private transportation
  • Taxis
  • Private hire vehicles

Please ensure your worker has sufficient money to pay any fares. The Onboard centre is not able to assist if the driver’s fare is not paid by either the worker or your company.

When using a private hire vehicle for pick-up, please screenshot and share the check-out notice with the driver.
