If my worker's flight is delayed past his Onboard booking date can he still check in to the Onboard centre?

Your worker may not be allowed into the Onboard centre due to operational constraints. If your worker cannot check in to the Onboard centre, you will need to arrange to pick him up from the Onboard centre. Thereafter, please make a new booking for the next available date.
