What should I do if my GIRO payment for work pass admin fees fails?

If your GIRO payment fails, we will limit your access to the work pass eServices. To restore your access, you need to:

  1. (Optional) Log in to WP Online or EP eService to check your latest bill.
  2. Wait for our email or letter which contains the payment amount and instructions.
  3. Follow the instructions on the email or letter to make payment using your corporate internet banking account.

After we receive your payment, we will restore your access after three working days.
