Can I get a refund if I terminate my worker's PCP?
You should contact the Anchor Operator whom you have purchased the PCP from to apply for a refund.
You will not receive a pro-rated refund for the month of termination. However, your worker can continue to access the primary healthcare services from the Anchor Operator until the end of the month. You will not have to make any future monthly payments after the termination notice takes effect.
