If you have worked in Singapore for less than 12 months, you may apply under the overseas applicant route and submit information on your overseas employment before coming to Singapore. We will consider your employment records over the 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application when assessing your eligibility for an Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass.

Otherwise, you may apply for the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass after you have worked in Singapore and earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 for the 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application.
