Can I authorise a third-party or employment agency to submit the annual notification for Overseas Networks and Expertise Pass on my behalf?

The annual notification can be submitted by:

  • The Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass holder
  • An employment agency appointed by the pass holder
  • The pass holder’s employer

Only one submission is required for each pass holder. If we receive more than one submission from or on behalf of the pass holder, the latest submission will replace the previous submission.
