You need to:

1. Pay all your outstanding levy.
2. Log in on the next working day to check that your payment is updated under Payments.
3. Follow the steps on the letter that we sent to you stating that your workers’ Work Permits have been revoked.
   • (For construction employers) Pay the levy bond before you submit a reinstatement request.
   • (For non-construction employers) Submit your reinstatement request using WP Online before the deadline stated in the letter.
   If you are unable to proceed with the reinstatement using our system, you can submit a request to us.
4. Pay the transaction fee to reinstate the Work Permit of your worker:

Please note that if the Work Permit is successfully reinstated, you will also be liable for levy for the period when it was revoked.
