I had paid levy using PayNow QR. Can the GIRO deduction for that month be stopped?

We can only stop the GIRO deduction if you pay using PayNow QR at least 4 working days before the 17th of the month (or the next working day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).

We need 4 working days to update your payment and ensure that the GIRO deduction for your upcoming bill does not proceed.

If you have paid levy, but it was not in time to stop the GIRO deduction, the excess payment will be automatically used to offset your next levy bill. Alternatively, if you have no more upcoming levy bills, you may request for a refund.
