I have been asked to submit a verification proof in support of my work pass application, what are the requirements for it?

If you are applying for an Employment Pass (EP), please refer to the verification proof requirements for EP. 

Otherwise, please refer to the following if you have been asked to submit a verification proof for:

Employment record

Your verification proof should confirm that your employment record is authentic.

Educational qualification

Your verification proof should confirm the: 

  • Authenticity of the qualification
  • Accreditation status of the institution

Authenticity checks confirm that the candidate was awarded the qualification. Accreditation checks confirm the qualification is recognised by the local government authority.

Educational certificates certified by a notary public and school letters are not accepted as a form of verification proof.
