You can submit a Review Application Form to the Commissioner for Foreign Manpower:

For	Use
Individual	mom.gov.sg/raf-individual
Corporate or Business entities	mom.gov.sg/raf-corporate

You need to provide details on your objection and attach any supporting documents.

There is no fee payable for a review application.

If all information is complete, it may take up to 7 working days to process and assess your application.

The 14-day timeline for filing an appeal continues to run while the review application is being processed.

You may also be required to attend an inquiry to present your case.

All inquiries are held in private. You cannot be represented by a lawyer or a paid agent.

You will be informed by letter about the outcome of your application.

You can email MOM_LSD_Adjudication@mom.gov.sg to check on the status of your application.
