Yes, the following surveys are conducted under the Statistics Act:

  • Labour Market Survey
  • Labour Cost Survey
  • Conditions of Employment Survey
  • Job Vacancy Survey
  • Annual Wage Change Survey

Refusing to answer or knowingly providing false information is an offence punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.
