You can use the employment agencies (EA) and personnel search to find EAs who have breached the EA regulations and have accumulated 12 or more demerit points.

These EAs are placed under MOM’s surveillance and given a final warning that further infringements would lead to their licences being revoked. MOM will monitor their activities closely.

An EA’s licence may be suspended or revoked if it accumulates 24 points.
