I have adjacent sites with 2 or more workplace numbers. If one of them meets the criteria of an MHI, how do I register?

You need to prepare a safety case for the entire site for a holistic assessment of the risks if:

  • There is substantial integration of the processes, e.g. transfer of materials between sites.
  • Processes are managed by the same operations team.
  • Sites are governed under the same safety and health management system (SHMS).
