Can I engage consultants to prepare safety case for my MHI?
Yes, you can engage a consultant with relevant safety case experience to help you in preparation of safety case.
Ownership of the safety case lies with your MHI. It is the responsibility of the MHI to ensure that the safety case is kept current.
You should build in-house capability to maximise benefits from safety case implementation and for future reviews.
