When submitting SDUs, the name of the course or event is slightly different from the one I attended. Can I still use it for my renewal?
No, the name of the course or event, and training provider, stated on the course certificate must be exactly the same as the item listed in our eService to submit SDUs.
We will reject the renewal if the SDUs are updated wrongly.
