How can I search for a particular report that I had submitted without scrolling through the pages?

Under “Submitted Incident Reports”, you will see a search box. You can use the search filters for faster results.

You can expand the box by clicking the “V” icon.

The search filters allows you to search by:

Report reference number
Report type
Injured person name
Employer name
Range of accident dates
