To reassess your household and/or means information for MediShield Life Premium Subsidies and/or other selected healthcare schemes, please submit your request via the MediShield Life e-Service (https://medishieldlife.moh.gov.sg/). We will contact you if we require further clarification on your request. Alternatively, you may wish to call the hotline at 1800-222-3399.
