MediShield Life premiums can be paid for by MediSave and are automatically deducted from the MediSave accounts of members. If there are insufficient monies in your MediSave account, other payment options for MediShield Life premiums include:

• A family member performing a "Change of Payer for MediShield Life Cover" (cpf.gov.sg/changepayer) request to take over the premium payment using his/her MediSave.

• Voluntary top-up to your or the premium payer’s MediSave Account (https://www.cpf.gov.sg/member/tools-and-services/forms-e-applications/top-up-medisave-account) .

You can view the premium deduction in your Transaction history at the CPF website.
