Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) are made up of 2 components – (i) the MediShield Life component administered by the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board and (ii) the additional private insurance component, which is managed by private insurers.

 

Your private insurer is writing to you about the MediShield Life component of your IP as they act as a single point-of-contact and take care of all communications with IP policyholders.
