All CCA residents will enjoy the Basic Service Package, which includes the service of a community manager who will ensure that the following are provided:

a.               Arranging add-on care and support services*;

b.               Simple home fixes;

c.                Activities at communal spaces;

d.               24-hour emergency response;

e.               Facilitated admission to nearby nursing home, if needed.
