Means-testing will be conducted based on MOH’s SMF  Device or Consumables Subsidy framework. To qualify for SMF subsidies, your household monthly income per person should be $2,000 and below OR Annual Value (AV) of residence reflected on NRIC should be $21,000 and below for households with no income.
