How will persons who are unable to leave their homes (e.g., persons with disabilities or mobility difficulties) receive the COVID-19 vaccination?

Persons who are unable to leave their homes (e.g., persons with disabilities or mobility difficulties) who wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccination may arrange for the services of Home Vaccination Teams.
