Can I include membership packages and pricing structures in the advertisement?
Healthcare Services Act(Advertisement) Regulations, Advertising of promotional programme
Licensees would only be able to list the exact and final price of the services, subject to the following conditions:
The advertisement does not indicate any prefix/description to the price; and
The advertisement does not include a comparative listing of the prices / original price.
