Yes, any personnel who is either employed or engaged by the licensee and will be providing patient care activities will need to abide by the employment restriction requirement prior to providing their services.
This requirement will only apply to individuals who wish to engage with IMH and Nursing Homes to provide services to patients accommodated by these premises.
