Eldershield policyholders who wish to claim Eldershield payouts should submit their application via the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) eServices for Financing Schemes (eFASS) Application Portal (https://efinance.aic.sg) using their SingPass.

[If Patient has no SingPass]

For Eldershield policyholders who have no access to SingPass, their caregiver may login using the caregiver’s SingPass to submit a claim on behalf of the policyholder. Please note, that if Government records indicate that the policyholder has mental capacity, the payouts can only be directed to the policyholder’s bank account, so as to safeguard the policyholder’s payouts.

Eldershield policyholders or their caregivers are advised to submit their application via eFASS Application Portal (https://efinance.aic.sg) for shorter processing time. To request for a hardcopy form, please contact us at apply@aic.sg or walk in to any of the AIC Links (www.aic.sg/aic-link) for assistance. For AIC Link walk-ins, please bring along the policyholder’s NRIC and your NRIC (if you are not the policyholder). We will require the original government-issued photo identification (e.g. NRIC, passport or driver’s licence). Photocopied versions of the government-issued photo identification, will not be accepted. We seek your understanding that hardcopy applications require longer processing time.
