All MediShield Life claims must be e-filed by medical institutions to ensure accountability and efficiency in claims processing, due to the high volume of claims involved. The Central Provident Fund Board does not accept claims submitted by patients.

The medical institution will seek your authorisation to submit your claim for you.  If a payout is due, it will be made directly to the medical institution to offset your bill.
