What is the cooling-off period?
The cooling-off period is a window of three business days from the date of loan disbursement during which a borrower may cancel an unsecured loan (other than a business loan) at a reduced cost. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Singapore. The date of loan disbursement itself is not counted as part of the three business days.
