I am a new applicant for registration. I intend to carry out a business of regulated dealings only via the online platforms. This business could be conducted via my own website and/or via a 3rd party platform/s. I may also plan to have a physical outlet for the business. How many "places of business" (i.e., outlets) do I need to register in my application?
If you plan to conduct the regulated dealings only via the online platform(s), you will need to register 1 place of business (i.e., outlet) in your application.
If you plan to conduct the regulated dealings via the on online platform(s) as well as via a physical retail store(s), you only need to register the physical retail store(s) and select the physical store address as the outlet address in your application.
There is no requirement to register an additional place of business for online platforms. This is regardless of how many online platforms you operate on.
