What Solicitor-and-Client costs mean

Solicitor-and-Client costs are the legal fees you pay to your own lawyer.

What this cover:

  • Your lawyer's time spent working on your case

  • Meetings and phone calls with you

  • Negotiation with the insurance company or in court

  • Preparing documents for court or to insurance company

 

What Party-and-Party costs mean

Party-and-Party costs are legal fees that one side pays to the other side in a court case.

What this covers:

  • Court filing fees

  • Other legal expenses related to the court case
