Can I make a moral claim on the bona vacantia estate if the deceased has entitled next-of-kin?

You will not be able to make an equitable or moral claim against the estate because the deceased is survived by next-of-kin who are entitled to a share in the estate and the estate will not be considered as bona vacantia.
