How do I obtain a copy of a Birth, Death or Marriage Certificate?
To obtain (or "extract") a copy of a person's Birth Certificate or Death Certificate, please submit an online application to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) via https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents.
For Marriage records, please submit an online application to the Registry of Marriages (ROM) via https://www.marriage.gov.sg/civil/marriage-records .
