How do I appeal against the Court's decision or order with regards to my legally aided case?

If you wish to appeal, you must go down to LAB immediately after the Court has given its decision or order. This is because there are strict timelines for the filing of an appeal and LAB will not be able to assist you to file the Notice of Appeal (NOA) if there is very little time left to do so. If you were represented for your case, you should also find out from your lawyer when the deadline to file the NOA is.

Please note that LAB can only assist if there is at least 5 working days before the deadline to file the NOA.
