How soon after being issued a Certificate of Registration must a foreign lawyer obtain a work pass?
If a foreign lawyer requires a work pass to work in Singapore, it must be obtained from the Ministry of Manpower within 6 months from the 'Valid from' date stated in the certificate of registration issued by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority.
