Does a foreign lawyer whose employer is an overseas law firm need to be registered with the Legal Services Regulatory Authority ("LSRA") if he works from the Singapore office?

Under the Legal Profession Act, a foreign lawyer must not provide any legal services in or from Singapore through a licensed law practice entity unless s/he is registered with the LSRA.
