Approval to amend a JLV's or FLA's written agreement or business plan should be sought by submitting an application to update via LSRA e-Services. Please upload a copy of the amended written agreement or business plan (in Word format with tracked changes), with reasons for the proposed amendments, as a supporting document in the application.
