Can a Formal Law Alliance ("FLA") or Joint Law Venture ("JLV") comprise more than one law practice?
A FLA must comprise at least one Singapore law practice ("SLP") and one foreign law practice ("FLP") or Qualifying Foreign Law Practice ("QFLP").
A JLV can only comprise one SLP and one FLP or QFLP.
Please see the relevant provisions in the Legal Profession Act and Legal Profession (Law Practice Entities) Rules 2015.
