The lawyer has already left the law practice. Why is his/her record still showing in my licence update application?
If the licence update application is created before the lawyer updates Supreme Court via eLitigation, please:
Delete the draft licence update application that is still pending under the 'Pending Applications' section of your law practice's dashboard; and
Generate a new draft licence update application under the 'Licences/Registrations' section of the 'Entities' tab.
However, if the record is still showing incorrectly and in view that the licence update application is for the purposes of updating your law practice's particulars, you may wish to indicate the correct number of lawyers in your law practice (as of the date of submission) under the 'Information on Singapore law practice' section and proceed to submit the application via LSRA e-Services.
