What to do if I encountered an IT issue?
Please use Edge browser and clear the cache (go to Setting > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data), then close all browser window(s). Thereafter, access LSRA e-Services again, login and submit your application.
If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot of the error and let us know your login date and time via Contact Us @ OneMinLaw so that we can forward the details to our IT team for their investigation.
