Complaints in relation to the provision of professional services by lawyers or their professional conduct (e.g. overcharging, lateness, incompetence) are managed by the Law Society of Singapore. For more information, please refer to the guides on the Law Society's website, which set out their processes for submitting complaints.

If you wish to report a breach by a law practice entity of its business criteria or licence conditions under the Legal Profession Act (e.g. a law practice practising Singapore law when it is not permitted to do so, or a law practice marketing or publicising itself as providing legal services in areas of legal practice which it is not permitted to provide), please submit it here.

If you suspect an entity or an individual to be providing legal services in or from Singapore in breach of the Legal Profession Act, you may wish to make a police report.
