What are the functions/roles of the Licensing Officer?

The Licensing Officer performs the functions of:

(a) Granting and renewing insolvency practitioner's licences;

(b) Promoting and maintaining high standards of the insolvency practitioners profession;

(c) Investigating complaints against the conduct of the insolvency practitioners; and

(d) Taking the necessary and appropriate enforcement action against errant insolvency practitioners.
