What is the Individual Insolvency Search?
The Individual Insolvency Search is a service that allows members of public to conduct a search to determine the following:
(a) if an individual is on the Debt Repayment Scheme;
(b) if an individual is an undischarged bankrupt; or
(c) if the individual was discharged from bankruptcy in the past 5 years.
Please note that a fee of $6.00 is payable for each search.
