Yes, a deposit of $10,400 is required to be paid to the Official Receiver prior to the filing of an application with the Court.
Applicants can pay the deposit via MinLaw e-services eCollection Portal at this link. Applicants will receive a system-generated payment acknowledgement upon successful payment as proof of payment.
