Can I appeal or re-apply if my application for an exemption for admission to the Singapore Bar was unsuccessful?

Where your application for exemption for admission to the Singapore Bar or in relation to the Foreign Practitioner Examinations was unsuccessful, re-applying on the same facts is unlikely to produce a different result.

You should consider re-applying only if there are new material facts or circumstances that demonstrate a stronger case for the particular exemption sought.

Please note that repeat applications must also be submitted using the online Application for Exemption Form.
