What happens if I do not meet the financial means criteria but still cannot afford to pay for a private lawyer?

  • If you have certain reasons or information that you think makes your situation different or special, you may provide the necessary information and documents when submitting your application. For example, if you have a very serious illness and cannot afford legal services as you need to pay for major medical procedures etc.

  • Please also note that we will not accept any appeals for rejected applications.
