How can I submit my documents to the Maintenance Enforcement Officer?

The STREAM system enables you to submit documents to the Maintenance Enforcement Officer (MEO) assigned to your case.

Before you start

You will need:

For Applicant:

  1. Calculations of outstanding maintenance

  2. Bank statements

For Respondent:

  1. Current calculation of unpaid maintenance amounts

  2. Respondent's monthly expenses with supporting documents

  3. Beneficiary's monthly expenses paid by respondent with supporting documents

  4. Employment status and income details for last 6 months, including contracts and pay slips

  5. Income tax information and assessment notices for last 3 years

  6. Bank account details (local and overseas): balances, transactions during non-payment periods and 6 months before application, with statements

  7. CPF account transactions for last 6 months

  8. Investment details with statements from CDP and financial institutions

  9. Property information (local and overseas), including property tax details

  10. Motor vehicle details: make, model, purchase date, and COE expiry

  11. Private company shareholdings and ACRA "People Profile" search results

  12. Current debts with supporting documents

  13. Active debt repayment schemes under insolvency laws

  14. Bankruptcy status, including orders and monthly contribution requirements

  15. Any other supporting documents for the above information

 

You need to log in with SingPass to use the STREAM system.

How to submit your documents

Step 1: Go to the STREAM portal Visit https://eservices.mlaw.gov.sg/stream/

Step 2: Log in using your SingPass

Step 3: Upload your documents by clicking 'Upload Documents', choose your files, ensure each file is under 5MB

Step 4: Click 'Submit'

What happens next

After you submit, MEO will share an Interim Report with you before the scheduled conciliation session.
