What is OW and AW in the total payment amount calculations?
These are contributions to your CPF account. Ordinary Wages (OW) refer to wages that are: (a) due or granted to an employee for his employment during that month; and (b) payable before the due date for payment of CPF contribution. Examples of OW include monthly basic salary and fixed allowances. Additional Wages (AW) include all wages that are not classified as OW. Examples of AW include annual bonus and commissions.
